The directory

• The site is a directory. It does not provide medical advice and it does not endorse any doctor.
• A verification label means what the verification policy says it means, and nothing more.
• Information is correct to the date shown on it. Confirm with the practice before you travel.
• Not for emergencies. Call 108.

Doctors

• You warrant that everything you submit is accurate and complies with the professional conduct rules that apply to you.
• You may not submit cure guarantees, outcome promises, unverified awards or superlatives.
• Changes to name, registration, qualification or speciality return to verification before publication.
• You may reply once to a review and must not reveal or confirm any health information in the reply.

Reviewers

• Reviews must be first-hand. No reviews by doctors or their staff, no competitor reviews, no incentivised reviews.
• Do not include diagnoses, report contents, phone numbers, addresses or anything identifying another patient.
• Reviews are moderated under the review policy and may be redacted or rejected.

Content and takedown

Anyone may report content. The corrections and takedown processsets out how reports, appeals and lawful orders are handled and preserved.
