Advertising and sponsorship policy

The basic doctor profile is permanently free. No doctor pays to be listed, verified, found or corrected. This page exists so that nobody has to take that on trust.

Never for sale

• Position in organic results. The ranking model has no field for payment.
• Any verification label. Labels are earned against a source and dated; they cannot be bought.
• Removal, suppression or reordering of reviews.
• “Best doctor” placements, awards or badges of any kind.
• Patient personal or health data.

What may be offered later

Premium tools for doctors — analytics, practice pages, appointment integrations, multi-location management — and clearly labelled sponsored cards. If sponsored cards are introduced they will sit outside the organic list, be visually separate, and carry the word “Sponsored”. A sponsored card never displays a verification label it has not earned.

Disclosure

Any commercial relationship that could affect what a patient sees is disclosed on the page where it applies, not in a policy nobody reads.
